It was safe to say that the day was quite slow. In fact, there was barely any life about, as it just so happened to be one of the hottest, with the sun beating down unforgivably and the air heavy with nearly suffocating heat- and nowhere to escape it.
Which was how three, dressed-down demon sisters were feeling- quite smothered and trapped.
They sat inside the wide, dark doorway of the small, seedy old building that house the various wares for sale, looking out at the roofed porch and into the deserted afternoon as they wearily fanned themselves, appearing quite bored and depleted. Even their small wings were flapping in attempts to get more air circulating.
Yep. Today, was not a very good day.
"Agreed." Phaedra muttered, looking at Pandora with a faint gleam of mischievousness in her eyes, letting her sister know that she was thinking too loudly. Phaedra then stretched, which showed off her less-than-innocent loincloth and bikini top, shaking her head to hear the tiny clinking of the various beaded braids that had spilled out of her wild yet elegant braided bun, before slumping over into her earlier position.
"It's moments like these that make me wish we were back in the comforts of the forest." she added in a wistful tone.
"That was exactly what I was thinking." Parisa chirped, sprawled on her chair like a lifeless body. She wore a tube top paired with very small shorts."Ugh, my head feels heavy." she randomly announced, playing with one of her pigtails as she blankly gazed out into the distance.
"Well, perhaps it's because of all that hair you refuse to cut off." Pandora said irritably, pulling at a strap of her low cut one-piece to air it out. Hellishly hot weather like this always put her in a bad mood, and so did boredom- not a good combination. "Besides." she continued, perking up a bit, "With heat like this, something's bound to happen. It could drive any being insane- hopefully, in front of us, so we can have a good show."
So with mild, renewed interest in the outside world, the three sisters waited.
