Corwin International University for the Magical Arts
Corwin University, created by Hogwarts alumni in 1707, is reaching its tricentennial in the early fall. For 300 years the school was held with high regard as a great school for magical students all over the world to get easy transportation to a good school. With such a great history behind it, this anniversary holds great new curriculums for Squib students and the university is now accepting students of those who were expelled from other magical schools to help those people who will continue living in the magical world without a wand.
The Tricentennial Celebration of CIU will include great activities for students and alumni of the university. Carnivals, parties, balls, and feasts will surround the celebration. Even the Corwainia town, the town created to hold the great school, has picked up the excitement of their village's birthday. The town's eldest resident, an rich old man who lives in a mansion on a large hill, has brought up a competition for all the towns people and residents of the school, the reward being his whole fortune.
What will this year be like for you? Will you risk joining the competition despite the school rule against it knowing that the punishment is expulsion? Maybe you will simply enjoy your school year as normal while taking in the great activities that will be available. Perhaps you wish to help your house win by the house and quidditch cups to go down in history for another 300 years of CIU. It's your journey and you're in control of it.
