Juliet giggled when he said he wasn't going to stare at her like some dumb adult. Finally, someone who just wants to have fun and not act like they're 500! She saw him start running after her, doing a somersault and then sprinting after her. She let out another cheerful laugh and took off running. She wasn't sure where she was headed, all she knew is that she wanted an adventure.
She looked over her shoulder to see how far away Rowan was. She smirked when she saw he was a little ways back, a perfect distance for her plan. With one quick smile at him, she opened her wings and flew up into the sky.
She darted quickly into the trees that had framed the fields, and perched herself onto one of the higher branches. She cupped her hand over her mouth and quietly waited for Rowan to appear.

Rowan kept his eyes transfixed on Juliet. In this game of tag there was not way that Juliet was going to get away from him. Not even if she used her wings to fly. When she did take of into the air, Rowan just smiled to himself. It looks like this game is going to be funner then I thought.
He watched as Juliet landed on the top of a tree. The canopy almost blocked his sight of her, though the white clothes she was wearing shown up against the black sky. When he found the base of the tree which she had presently perched upon he sprinted right at it. Then right before he was about to slam into it he jumped up and used the force he built up from running to walk up the trunk of the tree. He was only able to take about three steps up the vertical surface though that was enough to reach one of the low branches so he could pull himself up. "You know I live in these woods." He yelled up to Juliet as he climbed up the tree; once again closing in the distance between himself and Juliet.

Juliet tried not to giggle at Rowan. He had caught up pretty fast. She looked around her and tried to think of what to do next. "That's very good that you live in these woods. Let's see how well you know them," she giggled and took off to the sky again, leaving him in the tree.
She flew a good distance away and perched herself again in a tree, this time making sure that its leaves would conceal her. She tucked the excess of her white dress behind her and folded her wings behind her back. Let's see him catch me now, she thought and once again, sat quietly waiting for him.
The bird she wasn't expecting.
It squawked (sp?) loudly next to her causing her to jump. As she did, she lost her footing and tumbled out of the tree. Branches whipped past her until she landed on the ground with a thud. "Oww..." she groaned and rubbed her back. She looked up and saw that thankfully she hadn't fallen from a higher distance. She looked at her hands in the moonlight and saw that thankfully they only had a few scrapes on them.
"I cannot believe I just fell out of a tree..." she said and started laughing, forgetting all about her plan to hide from Rowan.
